With the initiative of Khowai District Health and Family Welfare Department Government of Tripura organized a one-day NCD SCREENING CAMP at Mungiakami under Teliamura Sub-division on Saturday (29th July, 2023). The health camp was conducted to provide free medical health services to the local people of the area.
A large number of local people of different areas including Mungiakami area have taken participation in the health camp and availed appreciable medical facilities. According to prescription of the patients medicines have been provided to the poor villagers and various hygienic tips were given to the villagers to maintain cleanliness at home. It is known that more such camps will be held by the concerned departments in the coming days as well. The local people have appreciated this generous initiative and and thanked the organizer authority for their genuine social beneficial work.
