New Delhi, 20th of May, 2024 : Hon’ble Union Home Minister & Minister of Cooperation Amit Shah addressed a public meeting in Sangam Vihar, New Delhi on Sunday. The Home Minister criticized the corrupt policies of the AAP government in Delhi and lack of effective governance under Arvind Kejriwal’s leadership and shed light on the achievements and welfare policies of Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led BJP government. During the event, South Delhi MP Ramesh Bidhuri, Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Anil Jain, former Delhi Pradesh President Satish Upadhyay, South Delhi Lok Sabha candidate Ramvir Bidhuri and other leaders were present on the stage.
Union Home Minister stated that electing Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji as Prime Minister for the third time signifies making our country’s economy the third largest in the world. Today was the fifth phase of voting, but in the four phases, Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji has already secured a full majority, meaning 270 seats. In the fifth, sixth, and seventh phases, Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji is set to cross 400. Leaders of the Congress and the INDI alliance are scaring the entire country not to talk about Pakistan-administered Kashmir because Pakistan has an atomic bomb. The BJP’s group is not among those who are afraid. Pakistan-administered Kashmir belongs to India, will remain so, and India will take it back.
The Home Minister stated that Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge says, ‘What do Delhi and Rajasthan people have to do with Kashmir?’ Mallikarjun Kharge is over 80 years old, but he couldn’t understand that every child in Delhi can sacrifice their life for Kashmir. Congress party held Article 370 like its illegitimate child for 70 years. When the people of the country elected Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji as Prime Minister for the third time, Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji revoked Article 370. Today, Tiranga is flying high at Lal Chowk in Kashmir. Rahul Gandhi used to say in Parliament that if Article 370 is removed, rivers of blood will flow. It’s been five years, no one even dared to pick up a pebble. Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji has put an end to terrorism in this country. During Sonia-Manmohan’s 10-year government, terrorists would come from Pakistan every other day, detonate bombs, and flee, but no one did anything. During the BJP tenure, when terrorists from Pakistan attacked in Uri and Pulwama, Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji conducted surgical strikes and air strikes, infiltrating Pakistan and eliminating terrorists. Earlier, slogans of freedom were heard in Kashmir, but today slogans of freedom are being heard in Pakistan-administered Kashmir.
Union Home Minister stated that Rahul Gandhi says that if they come to power, they will bring back Article 370, bring back triple talaq, and revoke the Citizenship Amendment Act. Rahul Gandhi and Arvind Kejriwal are such leaders who receive more support in Pakistan than in India. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has come out of jail for election campaigning. There is no other leader in Indian politics who takes U-turns like Arvind Kejriwal. Arvind Kejriwal left his government job to establish an NGO and, swearing on his children, said he wouldn’t enter politics. However, Arvind Kejriwal sent Anna Hazare to Ralegan Siddhi on 26th November 2012 and formed the Aam Aadmi Party. Arvind Kejriwal had said he wouldn’t become the Chief Minister, but he took the oath of Chief Minister three times. Arvind Kejriwal had said he would remove the Congress government from Delhi and send Congress leaders to jail, but today, he is contesting elections in Delhi with the same Congress. Arvind Kejriwal had said that he wouldn’t avail VIP facilities, bungalow, car, and security personnel, but he accepted all the facilities. Arvind Kejriwal’s government bungalow did not satisfy him, so he had a Sheesh Mahal worth ₹125 crores constructed. Even a billionaire doesn’t have such a residence, as Delhi’s Chief Minister Kejriwal’s Sheesh Mahal.
The Home Minister stated that Kejriwal was supposed to bring the Jan Lokpal Bill but he diluted the Lokpal Bill instead. They promised to register corruption cases against Late Sheila Dikshit, but that did not happen. Instead, a corruption case was registered against Kejriwal, and he had to go to jail. Arvind Kejriwal, who once vowed not to join forces with those tainted by corruption, is now in alliance with political parties such as Congress, TMC, Lalu Yadav’s party, and DMK, all of which have been associated with corruption allegations. The list of their corruption is very long. Kejriwal was involved in a ₹2,875 crore liquor scam, a ₹78 crore water board scam, a ₹,5000 crore classroom scam, a ₹1,000 crore fake medicine scam, a ₹4,000 crore lab acre scam, a ₹2,000 crore panic button scam in cars, a ₹1,000 crore bus purchase scam, and a ₹125 crore palace construction scam. Investigations have only been conducted into the liquor scams, with 7 more scams still pending investigation. No one has ever been as shameless as him. Despite corruption charges, Lalu Yadav, Jayalalitha and several other ministers resigned and went to jail, but even after his incarceration, Kejriwal did not vacate the Chief Minister’s position. On May 25th, the lotus is set to bloom on all seven seats of Delhi. It’s time to unmask these fraudulent individuals who once protested against corruption, ascended to the position of Chief Minister, and are now embroiled in corruption themselves. Expecting women’s safety from a government where a female Rajya Sabha MP was assaulted at the residence of the Chief Minister is pointless.
Union Home Minister remarked that Arvind Kejriwal follows an odd-even pattern. On odd days, he publicly lists numerous corrupt individuals and delivers speeches, while on even days, he forms alliances with those very corrupt individuals. On odd days, he acts as if he owns Delhi, and on even days, he aspires to become the owner of the entire country. On odd days, he demands everyone’s resignation, and on even days, he lands in jail without resigning. Kejriwal’s administration is characterized by the 3G mantra: Ghotala, Ghooskhori, and Ghaplebaazi. The same Kejriwal who once proclaimed himself as ‘Kattar Imaandar’ is now treading the path of ‘Kaatar Beimaan’. The Modi government has undertaken the task of regularizing 1731 unauthorized colonies, benefiting 60 lakh residents of Delhi. Allocation of 3,000 flats has been made in Delhi by the Modi government, with a commitment to regularize all unauthorized colonies by 2026. This is ‘Modi Ki Guarantee’. Delhi residents should benefit from the Ayushman Bharat scheme, but the Kejriwal government has not allowed this scheme to be implemented in Delhi. Within six months of winning all seven seats in Delhi, efforts will be made to implement Ayushman Bharat in Delhi. The issues of sewer lines and government hospitals in Delhi have not been addressed by the AAP government. There are no facilities in the Delhi government’s mohalla clinics, no community centers, and no traffic management. Widow and elder pensions are discontinued in Delhi, ration cards have not been issued for seven years, and your workers have become tankers mafia in Delhi.
The Home Minister stated that Kejriwal spent the largest portion of Delhi’s budget only on advertisements. It’s Kejriwal’s responsibility to manage government hospitals, neighborhood clinics, old-age homes, banquet halls, traffic, water supply and ration card distribution. If Kejriwal can’t handle these responsibilities, he should step down. The Bharatiya Janata Party will undertake all these tasks. Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji has done numerous works for the development of Delhi. The 6-lane Eastern Peripheral Expressway was constructed in 500 days, Urban Extension Road-2, constructed as the Ring Road for Delhi, at a cost of ₹7,700 crores, construction of the 150 km Delhi-Saharanpur Signal-Free Corridor is underway at a cost of ₹13,000 crore, a 6-lane expressway connecting Kundli to Palwal was constructed, and the Dwarka Expressway was built. Additionally, the construction of the world’s largest convention center, Yashobhumi, was also undertaken in South Delhi. Apart from this, an ecological park is being developed on 850 acres of land, and the IGI Airport is going to be the first airport with four runways and an elevated taxi route. Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji has allocated ₹8,000 crores for hospitals in Delhi.
Union Home Minister stated that while the BJP has accounted for its actions, Kejriwal will have to give his account. The people of Delhi are demanding their account from Kejriwal before June 1, because after that, Kejriwal is going to jail again. The Congress kept the Ram Mandir issue hanging for 70 years, and Kejriwal suggested building hospitals and toilets instead of the Ram Mandir. However, as soon as Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji took charge for the second time, he ensured the construction of the Ram Mandir, and now Bhagwan Ram resides in his grand mandir instead of a tent. Kejriwal, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi turned down the invitation for the ‘Pran Pratishta’ of Ram Lalla due to fear of losing their vote banks. Rohingya infiltrators constitute their vote bank. BJP is not afraid of infiltrators. Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji has not only constructed the magnificent Ram Mandir but also restored the Kashi Vishwanath temple, which was demolished by Aurangzeb. The INDI alliance lacks a credible candidate for the position of Prime Minister. None of the leaders like Sharad Pawar, Mamata Banerjee, Kejriwal, Akhilesh Yadav, Stalin, Uddhav Thackeray, or Rahul Gandhi are suitable to become the Prime Minister of this country. The leaders of the IDNI alliance talk about making different Prime Ministers every year, but this strategy cannot provide a strong response to Pakistan or end terrorism and Naxalism in the country, nor can it implement GST and other important reforms. This country’s development can only be achieved by Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji. This election is not just about electing Members of Parliament but about making Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji victorious for the third time. Shah urged the people for a magnificent victory for South Delhi candidate Ramvir Bidhuri and form Modi government once again and contribute to making India great and developed.
