Amarpur, Tripura, 28th of July 2026 : With the initiative of Ampi BJP mandal a protest rally has been conducted here in Ampi Nagar, Amarpur in Gomati Tripura on Monday (27th July, 2026). Raising strong allegation against the BJP conspirators the rally marched Teliamura-Amarpur road at Ampi Nagar including market lanes.
As per the report, targeting to opposition parties who are connected with the conspiracy to bake up the students to generate disorder and excitement in Jantar Mantar, Delhi the Ampi BJP organization has raised strong voice against Congress and CPIM; gave them warning through the rally.
The mandal president Satya Mohan Jamatia has said, “We condemn those anti democratic tendencies who are spoiling the peaceful and prosperous atmosphere in the country and motivating the students into wrong direction. Through this protest rally we want to create awareness amidst the people that undemocratic tendency can’t last for long time but when people come into light it will fade away soon. BJP is fond of democracy and no sinister power can vanish us.” Amidst the other leaders there were Ampi former Mandal president Shibnath Jamatia, mandal secretary Pintu Bhattacharjee, former secretary Prasanta Saha and many others remained present in the rally.
