Blood Donation Camp Organized By Yubak Sangha.

With the initiative of Yubak Sangha organized Voluntary Blood Donation Camp at Yubak Sangha, Bordowali, Agartala on Sunday (4th June, 2023).  Aiming to fulfill the crisis of blood in Tripura blood donation camps are going on across the state to meet the shortage of blood.  

“People are for people, it is being proved through blood donation. Since no substitute for blood has been discovered in medical science, a person can save another person’s life by donating blood. So blood donation is above all donations”, Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha said at the Blood Donation Camp. The Chief Minister said blood plays an important role in transporting proteins, vitamins, oxygen etc. in the human body. One person’s blood donation can save the lives of 3-4 patients. The Chief Minister also added that the responding to this call of the State Government, various social organizations including various Government and Non-Governmental organizations are organizing blood donation camps across the state. The Chief Minister thanked everyone for that.

The Vice President of Yubak Sangha Dr. Sushant Roy also spoke at the occasion. Corporator Abhijit Mallik, Debashis Roy President of Yubak Sangha and many other dignitaries were present in the Blood Donation camp.
