Agartala, Tripura, 30th of November, 2024 : On 30th Nov 2024, as part of 60th BSF Raising day celebration, a Blood Donation Camp was organised at Ftr HQ BSF Salbagan. Sh J K Sinha, IAS, Chief Secretary was the chief guest on the occasion.
Sh Patel Piyush Purusottam Das, IPS, IG welcomed the guests and presented them a sapling as a memento. Chief guest inaugurated the blood donation camp by lighting the ceremonial Lamp.
The Blood Donation camp is being organized at 05 different location in the state. To commemorate the 60th Raising Day each BSF Battalion is donating 60 Units of blood. It is expected that more than one thousand Units of blood have been collected during the Blood Donation camp. Officers, Jawans, family members have enthusiastically took part in this event.
