Agartala, Tripura, 18th of February, 2025 : A review meeting of the DISHA Committee for the West District was held today (18th February, 2025) at the Sonar Tari State Guest House in Agartala. The meeting was presided over by the Hon’ble Member of Parliament for West Tripura Lok Sabha, Biplab Kumar Deb. During this review meeting, officials from eighteen departments presented various development projects of the central government, conducted an overall assessment, and provided updates on the latest status of these projects.
The meeting was attended by MLAs from different assembly constituencies of the West District, various public representatives, Panchayat Samiti & BAC members, and officials from different block levels. Emphasis was placed on completing central government projects quickly and ensuring that all tasks were finished within the stipulated time. Hon’ble MP Shri Biplab Kumar Deb stressed the importance of maintaining quality standards in the work and urged public representatives to collaborate effectively.
During the review meeting, Hon’ble MP Shri Biplab Kumar Deb stated that the ongoing projects discussed today would be reviewed again in three months. He advised the relevant departments and officials to take extra care in ensuring the timely completion of these projects.
