Hyderabad, Telangana, 21st of August, 2025 : The National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), India’s premier professional body for Human Resource Management, has announced the appointment of Dr. Chikkala Venugopal Rao, CEO of Verch Consulting LLP, as the Chairman of NIPM Hyderabad Chapter.
With over two decades of distinguished experience across Pharma and IT organizations, Dr. Venugopal Rao has held several senior leadership roles and made notable contributions to NIPM in various capacities. He brings with him rich expertise in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.
Speaking on his appointment, Dr. Venugopal Rao said, My foremost priority is to make the Hyderabad Chapter a vibrant hub of HR excellence by organizing seminars, workshops, conferences, and knowledge-sharing platforms. This will strengthen the professional community and promote the exchange of valuable insights on contemporary HR and IR practices.
He also expressed his gratitude to Mr. M.H. Raja, National President, and Mr. P.R. Basava Raju, National Secretary of NIPM, for their confidence and support.
