Agartala, Tripura, 28th of June, 2025 : The Land Records and it’s allied serviced namely e-JAMI application (Land Records Portal) And NGDRS (Registration) portals re-opened from June 24.

The e-JAMI services (Land Records portal) was interrupted since 6th June 2025, due to some technical problem occurred in the State Data Centre of DIT. As a result the Server digital services pertaining Land Records & Registration was stopped.
According to report, the e-JAMI services (Land Records portal) and NGDRS (Registration) portals of the Department of Land Records and Survey have been re-opened from June 24, 2025 after being temporarily closed due to technical problems. As a result, the work of document registration, mutation etc. through these portals is being done normally in all CLR (DCM Office) and Sub-Registry Offices. The Department of Information Technology, NIC. State Unit, NIC. Pune and the Department of Land Records and Survey have worked diligently to implement the e-Land Records and N.G.D.R.S. (Registration) portals.
