East Agartala Police Station Successfully Arrests 2 Smugglers With 35 KG Cannabis.

Agartala, Tripura, 25th of March 2025 : In a significant operation led by East Agartala Police station successfully arrested 2 smugglers with 35 KG cannabis (25th March, 2025). According to the East Agartala Police Station, seized total of 36 kg of dried cannabis a was recovered in 3 trolley bags, 8 packets weighing 4,500 kg each.During the operation, vigilant East Agartala Police station seized approximately 35 kg of cannabis worth approximately ₹ 3 lakh. Along with this, 2 mobile phones and Rs 3000 in cash were recovered from them. As per the police personnel,  Rupesh Kumar (21) and Khushbu Devi were arrested.
