Agartala, Tripura, 1st of September, 2025 : On specific information of the Government Railway Police (GRP), Railway Protection Force (RPF) successfully recovered stolen Android Mobile Phone along with One thieves on Sunday (31st August, 2025).
According to sources, GRP & RPF at about 5 PM three we managed to caught one mobile thief namely Jahar Miah (31), S/O- Pera Miah Of Noapara, PS- Bishalgarh, Sepahijala District, Tripura, presently resides at Purba Fulbari, near Girls School under Churaibari PS, North District, Tripura and recovered total 05 nos stolen android mobile phone from his possession valued approx 01 Lakh in the market. Accordingly we have been arrested him from Agartala Railway station platform no-03. He along with his other gang members doing this mobile theft in different Railway Station since long. A specific case vide Agartala GRPS case no-2025GRP087, U/S-304/3(5) BNS, 2023 Act has registered against him.
