Agartala, Tripura, 28th of April 2026 : On 27th April, 2026, IASE Kunjaban came alive with intellectual energy and patriotic fervour as the institution proudly organised a thought-provoking Seminar to commemorate the 136th Birth Anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr. B. R. Ambedkar — the father of the Indian Constitution, a towering social reformer, and an eternal symbol of justice and equality. The title of the seminar was “Dr. B. R. Ambedkar and National Integration”.
The seminar was presided over by the esteemed Dr. Ratna Roy, Principal of IASE Kunjaban, whose inspiring words set the tone for a meaningful and enriching academic dialogue. Distinguished faculty members and Associate Professors of the college – Dr. Santanu Bhattacharjee, Dr. Kishore Roy, and Dr. Abhijit Chanda – delivered insightful presentations, shedding light on Dr. Ambedkar’s monumental contributions to nation-building, constitutional democracy, social justice, and the idea of a unified India that transcends caste, creed, and religion. The event was further enriched by the enthusiastic participation of students, who came forward to share their research findings on Dr. Ambedkar’s extraordinary life, his relentless struggle against social discrimination, his vision of an egalitarian society, and his irreplaceable role in fostering national integration.
