Khowai, 18th of February 2024 : With the initiative of Khowai Karmachari Sangha (Khowai Employees Union) on Sunday (18th February, 2024) Bike Rally organized to express gratitude to the Chief Minister of Tripura, Dr. Manik Saha for launching the Chief Minister Jan Arogya Yojana (CM-JAY) scheme for the people of the State.
The bike rally Start from in front of the Khowai public library at 11:30 am. The rally passes through various routes of Khowai city, Ramchandraghat Assembly constituency and return to public library. Around 500 employees participated in today’s bike rally.
Chief Minister Jan Arogya Yojana (CM-JAY) a health insurance scheme that will provide coverage of Rs. 5 lakh. Under this scheme, the beneficiaries can avail inpatient medical services in all listed Government and private hospitals in the state and outside the state. In this project, medicines will be provided from the hospital till 15 days after the leave. Government employees of different categories of the state can also come under this scheme. But they have to surrender medical allowance and medical reimbursement.
Ashok Das, Secretary of Rajya Karmachari Sangha (Khowai Employees Union), Khowai branch, district President Sujit Ghosh, Secretary Badal Bhattacharjee, organization members Benu Das, Rakshan Das and many others remained present in the bike rally. A lot of enthusiasm can be seen among the employees around today’s rally.
