People’s lifestyle has become very busy and they are not able to take care of their health. According to recent research, about 30 percent of women are unable to become mothers due to obesity. To avoid this, women should exercise regularly.

Asha Ayurveda’s director and gynecologist Dr Chanchal Sharma says that nowadays most women are facing the problem of infertility due to obesity. Actually, obesity is such a physical condition which causes many types of hormonal imbalance and then many types of diseases arise from it.
Dr Chanchal Sharma said that out of all the women who come to her for infertility treatment, about 30 percent of them have a weight much more than normal. In such a situation, it becomes difficult for them to become mothers. Obesity can be caused by many reasons, the main of which is hormonal imbalance.
People feel that they should be given some medicine which will reduce their obesity overnight and they can get the happiness of becoming a mother. But you have to understand that this is a lifestyle problem which has become a part of your daily routine for a long time. It is difficult to reduce obesity until you change it.
Being obese has a negative effect on the leptin hormone in your body and due to this the quality of your eggs also deteriorates. If your egg quality is not good then you may face difficulties in becoming a mother.
How to reduce obesity?
To reduce obesity, you should exercise regularly.
Do not eat unhealthy food outside.
Avoid junk food and processed food items.
Eat low calorie food.
Include fresh fruits, vegetables and protein in your diet.
Do not consume intoxicants like alcohol.
Get enough sleep and do not take too much stress.
Do not work continuously by sitting for a long time. After every half an hour, take a 5 minute break and take a short walk.
Walking after meals is very important.
Whenever you plan to conceive, keep in mind that your weight should be under control, otherwise it can lead to miscarriage. To lose weight, you need a proper diet chart and a balanced lifestyle. For some people, all this can be a difficult task, in such a situation you should take expert advice. Due to obesity, even if you are successful in conceiving, there can be a risk to both the mother and the child. So be careful and take proper care of your health.
