With the initiative of TRKS a blood donation camp cum students felicitation programme was organized in Amarpur. On the occasion of 69th BMS Foundation Day this blood donation camp cum students felicitation programme has been organized here in Amarpur old Town Hall in Gomati Tripura today. The students who obtained good achievement in Madhyamik and H.S (+2) stage were felicitated in the programme by TRPC chairman PK Jamatia in the presence of many dignitaries of the programme.
Sources said, total 66 Madhyamik passed and 26 H.S (+2) stage passed students have obtained this credit. As per the report, total 26 blood donors volunteered donated blood in this inspiring programme. Amidst the other distinguished participants there were Amarpur MLA Ranjit Das, TRKS Sub-Committee Secretary Purjit Das, district BMS president Gautam Das and many other distinguished participants remained present in the programme.
