Pbpartners Organized Their Signature ‘Pathshala Event’ In Agartala To Enable Agent Partners To Provide End-To-End Customer Service.

Agartala, 22nd of May, 2024 : PBPartners, Policybazaar’sPoSP arm and a leading player in the Indian insurance market, hosted a PBPathshala event in Agartala. The event unveiled the company’s commitment to fostering innovation, technological advancement, and financial inclusion among its agent partners. By giving new insurance PoSP agent partners the chance to learn from the finest in the business and obtain real-world experience through hands-on training, this Pathshala program offers unparalleled mentorship. The event saw the presence of around 120 PoSP agent partners from the region, along with Aryan Singh – Business Unit Head, Life Insurance, PBPartners, Rahul Mishra – National Life Sales Head at PBPartners, Mohammad Hashim – Regional Manager for Northeast at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance and other senior leaders from the organization.

Since its inception in April 2022, PBPathshala has become a cornerstone of PBPartners’ engagement strategy. These Pathshala events are designed to offer interactive sessions that provide PoSP agent partners with invaluable face-to-face interactions with the senior leadership team. These events help empower agent partners in a way that they’re fully armored to support consumers.

At the event, Aryan Singh – Business Unit Head of Life Insurance, PBPartners said “This year, our focus is on expanding our presence and serving customers in the Northeastern regions better. We believe that this region has immense potential, and our agent partners are also performing exceptionally well. We see significant opportunities for bridging the insurance protection gap here. Our goal is to coach our agent partners in a way that enhances their services towards customers.”

Rahul Mahesh Mishra, National Sales Head of Life Insurance, PBPartners said “Customer service means everything to us. We are excited to serve consumers in the Northeast by giving them both online and offline support. Currently, we have approximately 2,500 to 3,000 PoSP agent partners in Northeast India, with more than 300 of them based in Agartala alone, and this number is growing every day. In the coming times, we will also establish an experience center in Tripura to further support our consumers.”

At the AgartalaPathshala event, attendees benefited from a special product training session conducted by Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, showcasing their latest product offerings. PBPartners also recognized the outstanding contributions of the top-performing agent partners at this event. These distinguished agent partners were facilitated for their exceptional performance.
