Agartala, 22nd of May, 2024 : Hon’ble Governor of Tripura Indrasena Reddy Nallu inaugurates Seminar on International Museum Day at Tripura State Museum Conference hall, Ujjayanta Palace, Agartala on Wednesday (22nd May, 2024).
Addressing at inauguration ceremony of Seminar on International Museum Day Hon’ble Governor Indrasena Reddy Nallu discussed the importance and impact of the museum. Emphasis on modernizing the state museum with developed technology the Governor said that the students will be able to learn more about the rich cultural heritage of Tripura including the North Eastern region in this museum.
Governor Indrasena Reddy Nallu visited various galleries of the State Museum at Ujjayant Palace today. Tripura State Museum Curator Sampa Mirdha briefed the Governor about various galleries during the visit. Tapas Roy, Secretary of Tripura Tourism Department, Tapan Kumar Das, Director of Tripura Tourism Department and others senior officials were present with the Governor during the visit to the State Museum.
