Signing Of The MoU Between Agartala Press Club And Peerless Hospital.

With the initiative of Agartala Press Club and Peerless Hospital jointly organized Cancer Awareness Programme at Agartala Press Club premises on Saturday (4th November, 2023).

Signing of Memorandum of Understanding (Mou) Between Agartala Press Club and Peerless Hospital on Saturday (4th November, 2023) for the treatment of journalists and their families. Journalists and their families will be given a 10 percent discount on outpatient and admission treatment at Peerless Hospital. 15 percent discount will be available in case of test. A 10 percent discount will also be given if medicines are purchased over the counter at Peerless Hospital. The patient will be transported free of charge from Kolkata Airport to Peerless Hospital by fully equipped ambulance. A 10 percent discount will also be given on medical packages. Peerless Hospital authorities will arrange discount for staying in hotel rest house if informed earlier.

Agartala Press Club and Peerless Hospital and B.K. Roy Research Centre jointly organized Cancer Awareness Camp at Agartala Press Club on Saturday. MOU has been signed for the treatment of journalists and their families. Rabindra Pai, Deputy Managing Director of Peerless Hospital, started the programme at Agartala Press Club’s Hall at around 12 noon. Agartala Press Club President Jayanta Bhattacharjee, Assistant General Manager Marketing Department of Peerless Hospital Anup Bhakta were present on the occasion. Dr. Shaubnik Shatpati, Dr. Abhishek Dutta and Dr. Pragati Sinhal, oncologists of Peerless Hospital, Kolkata, discussed the topic of cancer awareness at the event. After the discussion, these cancer specialist doctors also give free advice to the patients if necessary. 67 journalists and photojournalists participated in the cancer awareness camp held at Agartala Press Club.
