TIPRA Motha Staged Road Blockade In Tyari Mairang.

The TIPRA Motha organization of Amarpur has staged road blockade on Thalcherra to Karbook, Gandacherra road claiming 8 item of charter demands. The TIPRA Motha organization from Ampi and Amarpur unitedly have blocked the road. Targeting to awaken the administration a large number of man & woman Motha activists have gathered on the road and raised their voice against the administration. Due to this road blockade all vehicle movement has been interrupted. As per the report, the demand memorandum that has been prepared by the TIPRA Motha organization as follows:

1. In all the 18 V/C roads are blocked & broken due to constant rain for which the public and students are facing lot of problem. 2. In ADC areas electricity voltage is low and that is why there is water problem due to low voltage. 3. Water pump to be provided in all the 18 V/C as farmers are suffering from irrigation water crisis due to lack of irrigation system management. 4. In all the 18 V/C there are no work and common people are suffering from food and money problem. 5. Village development BAC Chairman is stopping all the work of the 18 V/C. 6. As the BAC chairman is illiterate and he does not know the administrative work so please appoint new BAC Chairman for smooth functioning of Administrative work. 7. People are not getting agriculture organic fertilizer to promote agricultural production 8. Drinking water shortage in all over 18 V/C. The Motha organization is demanding immediate solution of the above mentioned problems for the welfare of the people of TTAADC. Among the TIPRA Motha leaders there were Ashiram Reang, district president, Sukhabasi Jamatia, central YTF vice president, Mangal Jamatia, Amarpur block committee member, Deb Sadhan Jamatia, Ampi sub-zonal chairman and many others remained present in the road blockade.
