TRPC Chairman PK J/M Raised Allegation Over SDM.                                     

Amarpur, Tripura, 5th of October 2026 : The TRPC Chairman PK J/M has fingered to Teliamura SDM for removing her bamboo blockade without informing or giving any legal notice to her. As per the report, the TRPC chairman Patal Kanya Jamatia has a larger agricultural farm here in Wathuilwng Para under Kalyan Pur PS in Teliamura subdivision where she has cultivated miscellaneous crops. To protect her farm she has made protection fence around the farm area. Accusation has been appeared that some local miscreants have destroyed her project several times, uprooted saplings, damaged crops and vandalized farm protection fence. In that fact she has submitted an F.I.R to Kalyanpur PS claiming immediate arrest of those criminal who are affiliated with this crime.

But the PS authority did not take any initiative till the date. Being highly dissatisfied over the concerned administration, police authority she has blocked the foot path which is run along her project land. When the local Bengali people have found that a bamboo fencing blockade has closed the way they have opposed it and informed the SDM. Based on SDM instruction the DCM has come alongwith some local Bengali inhabitants to the spot and threw away the fencing blockade. The land owner Patal Kanya Jamatia has raised accusation over the SDM stating that without any notice and negotiation with the land owner SDM can’t vandalize the path blockade which is created for the protection of the farm. To see the excited situation administration has deployed police there to maintain law and order in the area.

The land owner Patal Kanya Jamatia has said, “The police authority does not maintain their fundamental responsibility, demanding justice I have filed F.I.R but no consequence is appeared till the date. On the other hand, the SDM does not take democratic step to solve the issue through a proper negotiation; he has instructed DCM to vandalize my bamboo made farm protection blockade fence which was generated for farm defence. I have closed the path as I don’t want miscreants move through it and destroy my farm ahead.”
