Imphal, Manipur, 21st July, 2026 : Central Agricultural University (Imphal), Manipur successfully launched the official website of the National Conference on “Natural Farming: Pathways to Self-Reliant Farming and Rural Prosperity (NCNF2026)” with a moto “One Farm, One Ecosystem and One Health” on 21st July, 2026 through online mode.The website was virtually inaugurated by Dr Anupam Mishra Ji, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Central Agricultural University (Imphal), in the presence of Director of Instruction, Director of Research and Director of Extension Education, all Deans of thirteen constituent colleges of CAU- Imphal, members of the local organizing committee, faculty members, and other university officials.
The portal provides comprehensive information on the conference theme, sub-themes, important dates, online registration, abstract submission, accommodation, programme schedule, and other essential updates for participants. The NCNF2026aims to bring together scientists, academicians, policymakers, extension professionals, entrepreneurs, students, and farmers from across the country to deliberate on sustainable agricultural practices, scientific innovations, policy interventions, and collaborative approaches for promoting natural farming and strengthening rural livelihoods.During the virtual launch, Dr. Anupam Mishra, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, appreciated the team efforts of CPGSAS, Umiam in developing a dedicated conference website under the guidance of Prof. Dwipendra Thakuria, Dean, CPGSAS, Umiam and wished for successful organisation of the conference.
The Organizing Committee cordially invites researchers, academicians, students, professionals, extension personnel, and other stakeholders to visit the conference website, register online, and submit their abstracts within the stipulated deadlines.
