Agartala, 20 January 2024 : Agartala Press Club is going to organize various events to celebrate the 40th foundation day. On 30th January 2024, various events will begin with a colourful procession. The procession will start from in front of Agartala Press Club at 11.30 am and will passes through various roads of Ujjayanta Palace, Kaman Chowmuhani, Post Office Chowmuhani, RMS Chowmuhani, Orient Chowmuhani and Rabindra Satabarshiki Bhawan and end to Agartala Press Club. Agartala Press Club members, all journalists are invited to participate in this procession.
On the occasion of the 40th Foundation Day of the Agartala Press Club, several meetings were held with the Veteran journalists and senior members of the Press club to make various events a success. According to their advice, it has been decided to hold various events including seminars, exhibitions, receptions, tree plantations, media quiz, workshops, release of souvenirs, sports competitions, cultural programs under the initiative of Agartala Press Club.
