Dharmanagar, Tripura, 17th of June 2026 : Amid a festive atmosphere for sports enthusiasts in North Tripura, the much-awaited “Dharmanagar Champion League” football tournament commenced on Tuesday (16th June, 2026) at the BBI School Ground in Dharmanagar. Organized by the prestigious Angel Club of Dharmanagar, the opening ceremony generated immense excitement among football fans.The tournament was formally inaugurated by MLA Jahar Chakraborty. Several distinguished personalities, sports organizers, and eminent members of society were also present on the occasion.
