With the initiative of Kasko Farmers Club mosquito nets distribution programme has been conducted in several ADC villages under Ampinagar RD block in Gomati Tripura. As per the report, the Kasko Farmers Club provided mosquito nets to many needy families who have small kids from 0- 3 years. Aiming to create safety for children from malaria this philanthropist club has provided mosquito nets and given all essential health related tips to the villagers how to sleep interior mosquito nets and save their children from mosquitoes.
Local sources said, the club authority has distributed nets in Gamaku Molsom Para, Kunaram Para, Ghamanjoy Para, Paisa Para, Tangpaiha Para and Ramjhuha Para where total 70 poor families availed free mosquito nets. The Kasko Farmers Club president Bir Singha Jamatia and 41 Ampi Kishan Morcha president Ashim Kalai unitedly led this philanthropic social work. The local villagers of the areas have appreciated the initiative and thanked the Club authority for their generous contribution.
