Dharmanagar, Tripura, 28th of February, 2026 : A significant meeting of the North District Committee of Voice of Media was held in North Tripura with the objective of further strengthening and streamlining the organization’s activities.
The meeting was attended by State President Kaushik Adhikari, North Zone State President Pradip Ghosh, along with office bearers and members of the North District Committee. The leaders present held detailed discussions on several important organizational matters.Key issues such as upcoming programmes, strengthening of the organizational structure, and the current state and future direction of the media were thoroughly reviewed. It is learned that several important decisions were taken to make the organization more dynamic and well-organized.During the meeting, it was also decided that a convention will be organized shortly under the initiative of the North District Committee. Instructions have been given to begin preparations to ensure the participation of journalists and media professionals from across the district.The organization stated that in the coming days, a series of programmes will be undertaken to safeguard the interests of media professionals and to promote their professional development.
