Under the able guidance of Shri Mukesh Tyagi Commandant, 124 Bn CRPF organized “Kalash Yatra” under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, Meri Mitti Mera Desh along with Nehru Yuva Kendra volunteers today on 24th September 2023, in the area of Narsing Garh in West Tripura and Rambabu Para at Taidu in Gomati District. In the programme Mitti from parents of Saheed Constable Santanu Sarkar of Narsing Garh and wife of Saheed Sub- Inspector Manga Ram Debbarma of Rambabu Para under Taidu PS in Ampi nagar Gomati Tripura has been collected. Civil public, government department, NGO Group were also joined in the programme with enthusiastic mode with the battalion soldiers. As per the Dy. commandant Ojit Singh, the public of the both areas was cooperative with the battalion soldiers and accompanied with them. He explained to the local people the significant of the campaign and received positive reflection from the common people.
